Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’re here to help you navigate the refund process. Below are some common scenarios in which you will receive a refund:

  1. Host Cancellation or Rejection: If the host cancels your booking or rejects your request, rest assured that you will receive a refund. However, please note that funds generally require 5–10 business days to complete the settlement process.
  2. Booking Request Expiry: Should your booking request expire without being accepted or declined, you will automatically receive a refund. This ensures that your funds are returned in case the host doesn’t respond within the specified time frame.
  3. Cancellation Before Deadline: If you decide to cancel your booking before the cancellation deadline stated in the terms and conditions, you are eligible for a refund. We recommend reviewing the cancellation policy for each booking as they may vary.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations are subject to TwoTablesClub’s cancellation policy, as stated below:

Guest-initiated Cancellations:

If a guest cancels a reservation before the event’s cancellation deadline, they are eligible for full reimbursement of the reservation amount. The host will not receive any payment for the reservation in such cases.

If a guest cancels a reservation after the event’s cancellation deadline, no return, credit, or reimbursement will be provided to the guest. The host will be paid the full amount of the booking.

Cancellation Deadline:

The cancellation deadline is 48 hours prior to the event. 

Host-initiated Cancellations:

In the event of a host canceling a guest’s reservation, the guest will be credited with the full reservation amount paid to TwoTablesClub.

Non-Entitlement for Refunds:

Guest no-shows, late arrivals, and requests to modify reservation details do not qualify for a refund.

Reimbursement Process:

Reimbursement to the guest is initiated promptly after the cancellation request and typically takes between 2 to 10+ working days to reach the guest’s bank account, depending on the guest’s bank processing time.

Limitation of Liability:

TwoTablesClub shall not be held liable for any costs, expenses, losses, or damages resulting from a host’s or guest’s cancellation of an event reservation.

Host Reservation Chargeback:

TwoTablesClub reserves the right to charge back the reservation amount received by hosts for organizing certain events if a guest complaint suggests non-compliance with TwoTablesClub service standards or misconduct by the host, at TwoTablesClub’s sole discretion.
